Moped seized and rider reported for driving offences - St Peters Street

A moped rider who parked on the pavement in St Peter’s Street, StAlbans, had his new vehicle seized and was reported by PC Alex Manof on Tuesday (18 August) after failing to provide a valid UK driving licence and insurance.

He will likely be summonsed to court for driving otherwise than in accordance with his licence and for having no insurance.
